RETURN POLICY:
At S&H Bows we are responsible for our products and we apply a guarantee policy that is fully satisfactory for the customer. In the event of an incident with the product, we specify the repair or replacement of the product with the customer.
Our product is totally personalized and is built according to the requirements of our client, that is why the return is not feasible as an ordinary option, only in case of incidence and only for causes supposedly attributable to S&H Bows, the return will be made for the evaluation of said incidence.
Before returning any product for any reason, the customer must contact the company and request a return authorization. All products will be returned at the risk of the customer who must pay the return costs, they must not be damaged and must be in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for returning the products to the company and for keeping proof of said return.
The company has a return policy that coincides with the expiration date of the warranty and will never exceed two years from the purchase of the product. For the return to be accepted, our company must receive the products within 21 days from the date of authorization for shipment.
Any product that is not in the catalog cannot be returned. Any product that has suffered an accident during its use or damage never attributable to S&H Bows, according to the warranty conditions, may be returned. It is the customer's responsibility to guarantee the protection of the product with a quality packaging equivalent to the one available when it was received, in case of not being able to use it.
After receiving return authorization, the customer must return the products according to the instructions received, always including a copy of the purchase invoice.
